Music Wellness with Harmony in Dementia (Online Group)

This online group is designed for people living with dementia and their carers to enjoy music together in a supportive, engaging space.    

Each session includes a mix of singing, movement, and listening activities that encourage connection, joy, and self-expression.

Carers are asked to attend alongside the person they care for, as your shared presence helps make the experience more meaningful and accessible.
